California Fox Trotter Association is a non-profit organization that was formed to promote the Missouri Fox Trotter horse here in the Western United States.  Our organization is based in Southern California, where we offer six horse shows a year, several trail rides, social get-togethers and more.  Show season starts in late March and runs thru October.  Classes offered are model, versatility, youth, amateur and open.  We encourage all breeds of horses to our shows, as we have a variety of classes that any breed can compete in. If you enjoy trail riding, we put on several trail rides a year and welcome everyone to join us on these rides.  It's a great way to meet new friends and enjoy a day of riding. Each month our newsletter "Trottin 'Round" is published and sent out to all of our membership.  We welcome you to come and participate at our shows, trail rides and clinics.
